today i start my juice and water fast at 3 pm today will not count for the 50 days but i decided to start today. i need to lose weight for my social coming up and because i am just too fat. i weigh 156 and im 5ft 6in i dont jnow why but i just dont know why i feel so fat if even though with this weight i look quite thin my goal is to weigh 120 in 50 days i hope i make it there so stay tune tomorow for another entry
