Found something new today.

Something to help the hunger. Must try!!

Well I came across a site today while surfing that brought something to my attention. I began reading about ACV and ow it helps with weight loss. There was people losng 60 lbs in 7 mos without changing there diet really and taking 2 tbs of ACV w/ water before every meal. It is suppose to help detox you and help control hunger so I took my first dose a while ago maybe 15 mins thought maybe it will help control my hunger and plus since Im juicing it should improve m detox and help me stay focused.

This morning after work I caved and brought an iced coffee and a steak egg and cheese bagel plus I had two bottles of mt. dew at work. Today I weighted 202.4 so up just 0.2 lbs but that helped me realize that I need to stick to my plan of juice and water only. My goal is to be under 200 by Tuesday.

Anyway thought I would share with people about the ACV because I know ow hard this is for me and I know others are struggling to. So good luck everyone. Thanks for all the encouraging blogs.
