Juice fast day 2 not even a pound... WTF?!? ok its only the second day and I'm pretty hate this juice fast. I would rather just not eat than drink another carrot/apple/lettuce concoction. I'm trying to think of recipes that have both fruits and vegetables and that actually taste good. Maybe its just because I'm a picky eater. Anyway I haven't lost any weight but that might be because my metabolism is ridiculously slow... I mean ssssllllloooooooooowwwwww. I'm still not gonna give up though! I should probably start exercising huh? I'll go tomorrow I swear!! Hmmm... Other than that its same old same old.
