159.4 FINALLY in one fifties! Down .9 today, last few days have been .1 which is torture even when it is downward movement. Son is on day 4, lost 5 pounds today after load days. Oh, to be young..lol.

This round seems to be much easier to handle. I think if I had just done 30-43 days the first time and done a proper phase 3 I would have had a better personal experience. Not that I didn't still lose, but the mental and emotional part would have been better.

Love the fresh veg and fruit season! All but living on smoothies and sorbet.
