Water Fast: Day 1
I am officialy on water only. It's not bad. Only a few instances of hunger. But again, distraction and movies helped.

I am officialy on water only. It's not bad. Only a few instances of hunger. But again, distraction and movies helped.
My teeth still feel sticky. I find myself brushing them (with only warm water) several times today.
Took a epsom salt bath. Two cups in a bathtub of hot water. It was really icky cause the water got kinda icky. But my skin started sheading dead skin like never before!
I have a really painful pimple on my arm that formed this morning. I usualy don't get them there.
I am definately feeling the "weekness" in my muscles. I've been a little slower today especialy after hanging out with old friends.

Wow.. I'm losing fast! I know I'll gain alot back during my post week, but still.. Damn lol. I might see 240 before this is over. I can hope :)
Weird cause I checked this morning and i was like 258.. Am I dropping that fast??? I bet it'l slow down tonight though cause my metabolism will slow right down.
I'm actualy pretty happy with this right now. We went to Walmart so my boyfriend could pick up groceries and I didnt really have any cravings or anything. Even in the cheese and bread area. I've got this mentality of "you can have some of that when you're done." or "You can eat that shit anytime you want, why spoil your fast with same old crap?"
I dunno, it gets me through. Some coments would help. Anyone fasting right now? It would be nice to have some boosts on here lol.
