Tired, went for a cycle this morning I really love to cycle in the country that's one thing for sure I will miss when I return to England left home at 5am and got back at 6am. Felt hard but good! boiled a cup of senna coz the smooth moves no longer seem to be working as I have not had a bowl movement since Friday and today is Thursday! not good. That's probably why I feel so tired and stuff. So a nice big cup of boiled senna I have had. It's a good thing I will be at Oldbury this morning for the workman coz I tell ya it would not be nice at work on the toilet all the time.

So apart from that I'm feeling pretty okay and just waiting for the days to hurry up so it can finish. Clothes are feeling loose although I do want to ensure that this remains as is continuous loosing weight. I have some real toxic people in my life when ready and I tell you I just wish to eliminate. They really try to drag my spirit but I refuse to allow that to happen.
