Internal Cleansing Kit by Blessed Herbs, Day 1
join me in my 21 day cleanse journey, through the ups and down of the internal cleansing kit
Date: 5/19/2008 4:19:42 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 2172 times Well today is the day, 21 days of juice with 1 meal a day, 20% cooked, 80% raw. I think a quorn stir fry with raw stir fry veggies will be the easiest and most palatable way to manage this.
Its 10.08am and I have been sipping away on my home made organic pineapple juice, the first day is apparantly the hardest day, I'm hoping so because I'm already feeling rather acidy in the tummy. I'm sure my body will adjust and get used to it.
Maybe if I drink more water it will neutralise the acid feeling I have got.
Not looking forward to the toxin absorber tonight, did the colon cleanse last year and its horrid, but on the upside, its only once a day on this cleanse instead of 3 times a day and its only for 14 of the 21 days of the cleanse so should be a piece of cake....mmmmmm cake!!
Have read through the user guide and looked through the dosgae calender three times to make sure I know whats what and to be honest it seems really easy to follow what youre having and when, just need to get through the not eating until the evening meal thing and I am sure it will all be fine.
If it makes me feel half as good as the colon cleanse did, it will all be worth it.
I'm looking forward to the journey, it will be good for my willpower to prove I can do this and will make sticking to Weight Watchers much easier on I have finished. After all, if you can live off one meal a day for 21 days, keeping within points after the cleanse should be a easy.
So here we go, 21 days and counting, should be fun, or at least interesting. Thanks for joining me on myjourney into the unknown!
