I have many reasons for starting a long term juice fast. The main one, of course, is weight loss. I need to lose a lot of weight. And knowing myself, if it doesn't happen quickly, I lose motivation to continue. I'm so overweight that exercise is very difficult. So, my plan is to complete a 100 day juice fast. When I lose enough weight, I will then be able to bring in an exercise program. But, for now, I need to concentrate on the fast.

A little bit about me. I am a stay at home mother and homeschooling my 3 girls. My husband is also going on a juice fast with me. He will be trying to complete a 60 day fast. I have the girls school work ahead, and my schedule cleared, so I can be successful at this fast. I also have a plan in place for coming off the juice fast. We will be changing our diet completely.

I will be sucessful. I am in control of my actions. I will succeed.
