Day 8 - My stomach feels weird

I feel REALLY bloated! I def. have to take in some senna tea this weekend to cleanse my insides. Also, I've decided that starting Friday I'm working out 1 hr/day everyday. Did I say that already??! :) Not feeling as tired in the evenings, actually I still feel a little drained but I can work through it now. Its not overly consuming as it was before. Also, my brain is foggy. Its not that I can't think straight it just takes me a little longer to process things and get them out.

Other than that everything is cool. Keeping with the program. I was at this banquet/reception and had to excuse myself when the food arrived (it looked and smelled SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good....) I used the time to read my bible which was nice.

Other than that, I have been dealing with some issues of insecurity. I need to work on this and pray about it. Its not a godly spirit. Anything that causes us to feel inferior when we want to reach out and connect with other people isn't right. If its not reciprocated, its on the other person, we've tried. But most times I think it would be.
