Day 1

So hard but worth it

This morning when I got out of the gym I had a 8oz glass of carrot juice. At lunch I sat in taco bell with the guy I work with and had a 8oz glass of green drink while he ate a bunch of tacos. Had another 8oz glass of carrot juice on the way back to the gym. I'm planning on having a small glass of apple juice mixed with green drink before I go to bed tonight. When I weighed last night I weighed 281 and weighed the same this morning. I weighed when I got home and weighed 276. 5 lbs on the first day, I can't wait until the morning to see what the scale says.
