Beginning of 4th day of this cleanse

I hope the fog clears soon

I got up at 5 this morning to do my salt water flush because I have a damn near two hour commute and that seems to have been a huge mistake simply because by husband just got back into town last night at 11 (did I forget to mention he hasn't been here this whole time?) and we didn't get home from the airport til about midnight and then I had to make my lemonade and SWF for the next day (tryin to save time) and so long story short I didn't get in bed til a lil after 1 am and didn't fall asleep til about 2. Wow I am so not a morning person and even though I feel more awake than I normally would after only 3 hours asleep I am still not awake. I feel like I have that mind fog you get if you take a Sudafed, Benadryl, Tylenol PM (throw in your own mind numbing/sleep inducing medication here)late at night and then have to wake up before the effects have worn off. I also feel bloated and like my SWF is still not really working. I am gettin not much more than fluids people...that's TMI but true. Maybe it's cuz I'm using the wrong tea? I didn't buy the smooth move like everybody else seems to be doin. I got a different kind of herbal laxative tea but nothin is happenin so um...I think I need to make a trip to Trader Joe's on my lunch break. My butt hurts though so see? I share in some of the other symptoms of this fast. And I am rambling...stupid mind fog.

Oh and I read my post from yesterday and think I sound like a complete brat. I love my mom for cooking food for us so I wouldn't have to while I'm doin this. Even though I know she is making all my favorite foods on purpose. SHE IS! I asked her. :)
