A bit disjointed today. My human-ness feels like an old comfy sweater, full of holes and worn spots, but still a perfect fit. I like it!

I find myself drifting a bit out of moments into spaciness, an interesting spot to be as I am neither dwelling in the past, projecting into the future or even simply being in the now. Just spacey. And that is ok. It seemed to be ok even in the context of work. No one noticed that I was half there, half not.

But, time to cleanse. It isn't just about my physical being, although that will be nice as well. It's also the mental clarity that cleansing brings me. I always feel more "redefined," as though cleansing strips away all of the extra stuff that isn't really me.

Food tapering tomorrow, slowly down to Friday morning.
