Looking forward with great anticipation to tomorrow. A personal journey for truth. My hike through the health jigsaw jungle. I am starting a juice fast theat has an undetermined length. I will just fast and fast until I can't fast no more. I suffer from Hypothyroidism. Yes, I do suffer. The disease or whatever it ranks as in medicine, causes me a great deal of constipation. I have used P&B shakes to help remedy this in the past. I started drinking them four days ago and have had zero results. I figure because my diet is too full. I have decided to combine the shakes with a juice fast. I am excited about starting the fast because I have heard of all the wonderful side effects of fasting including allergy relief. I look forward to decreased PMS symptoms and a non toxic body. I would wish e luck tomorrow, but I do not need luck. I need a good dose of determination. Add This Entry To Your CureZone Favorites!
