Day 4

Day 4 of water fast.

It is the evening of my 4th day, and still going pretty well.
I did feel slightly weak when i woke up, but by 1pm, i had a jolt of energy, started cleaning and getting a lot done.
Drank Slightly more water by the end of yesterday, and added Detox Tea to what i am drinking, plus my vitamins.
On day 2 I had a caffeine headache, but that passed by last night, thank god!
Feeling surprisingly good today!
