blast of energy
how am I doing this eveing?

In my mind,I am going oer the reasons for doing this for 30 days.
* my weight was realy peeving me,I kept eating th wrong foods and realy suffering the consequences.
* I was borred of myself making and breaking promises to myself.
* I wanted to interupt old patterns.
* wanted to go into myself more on a spirital level
* want to cleanse myself,body,mind and soul
thats basically the reasons why.I am tired of my old habits,.
I thik also its for me to show myself an astounding amountof
* love
* power
* strength
* gratitude
* focus
* deterination.
* courage
* faith
I feel stronger now than I did this afternoon,I am warmer too.A hot bath is the only cure I think when you feel so tired and cold.
my shopping trip was good.I am not eating lots,doing realy well.feels longer than 2 days!
