Juice is so Good!

I amazingly feel better already and its my first day of juice fasting. My son and I went to the store and bought tons of veggies and fruit and we've been juicing all day! Its hard cooking for him and my boyfriend too but at the same time I already feel like I have a ton of energy. I haven't drank in a week and a day, which was a huge problem... I was reading a Taoist spiritual book the other night and read up on fasting and the benefits. I am an overeater when I am stressed so I'm sure this will help in more way than one! Wish me luck all!
