Goals and Direction
Where I want to go on this fast, why I'm doing it.
Date: 1/2/2008 6:27:26 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1543 times I didn't plan this fast, it just sort of happened to me. I never decided one day that I was going to start fasting, I just have known for a while now that January 1st 2008 would be the day I started fasting.
They say our life is predetermined. I don't like to believe such things, but this fast was predetermined for me.

My overall goal in this fast is to keep things simple.
I tend to over-analyze things and try to make too many micro corrections while fasting, rather than just letting my body do its thing.
I've tried every fasting method there is, and really, simpler is better. I'm staying away from pills, gimmicks, gizmos, methods, etc. Just 100% doing what my body needs, which is not much.
I have no goals, no rules, no set plan for this fast.
I most likely will be consuming only orange juice and Dr. Christopher's FEN-LB pills (home made).
I am going to try and stay away from salt water flushes and cold water enemas, if possible. I feel they unbalance my body too much. Perhaps I'll do a shatkarma-type flush later on.
Also, I've decided I will not let any of my home grown fruit go to waste. I still have some persimmons and apples left. I'll probably keep the apples in the icebox and eat the persimmons.
