I think that the human body only need to reach perfect health once -- then we only need to apply all the simple & most powerful methods (living foods with calorie restriction, powerful breathing, relaxation, devoting all energy to a few methods (especially relaxation), eating with awareness, cold showers, light cardio exercise).
this belief is now as fundamental to me as the truth that everything is derived by a few set of simple rules.
so tonight I will start devoting most of my energy at reaching an optimal health.
& I will especially increase physical exercise, powerful breathing, cold showers, calorie restriction, & often getting elecrons from the earth.
I have created a system to track my progress:
these are things that I think are interesting to know, they are not the ultimate measure of health!
-amount of sleep (I will force it down -- as I found that it was essential for my health, especially for feeling well-rested in the morning (sleep is made efficient by restriction))
-running endurance (I will run the same path each other day)
-push-, chin-, sit- ups (I'm doing chin-ups with a door)
-fall-distance/damage ratio (jumping off buildings, trees & stones :D
...I will keep a constant pain-value -- as bigger damages probably makes errors in all other measures)
I think super-human physical abilities is an important inspiration for non-[health interested people].
-sum of duration & temp of my cold showers
-metabolical power (how quickly my feet warms (without manual muscle-movement) from the lowest non-damaging temp (I will see what that is tomorrow)).
this may be the most accurate & simple measurement of bodily energy.
(there are lots of internal things I want to know, but can't measure)
I will update the results each day.

my bodily strength & endurance isn't something I'm proud of... but still it's quite far beyound avarage (very much so if we consider that I haven't had a rigid exercise-program in 2 years, & a year ago I halved it & it wasn't a rigid program any more -- just running, walking & doing push-, pull-, sit- ups when I felt for it).
also I will build a sauna... but I'm first designing a very efficient (& therefore advanced) air filtering system... but today I have decided to just build a beta-version (I will just use a particle-ionizer & plates that absorbs them).
& tomorrow I will build the box (will upoad images).
here I will be able to sleep too (it will be very compact, just so that there isn't problem in turning my body from laying at my back to my stomach).
you should build one too! clean air is so important! & our air is just getting worse, so a night in pure air must be really refreshing (some people even sleep outside to get clean air)).
I can't see why people didn't build bed-aircleansing-saunas earlier while so many people believe in getting fresh air at night! is the idea really that hard to find!?
