Days 16-22

Sorry I am a terrible blogger. I wish during the christmas season that there was more time in a day. Some of you probablly thought that I had given up but I am still hanging in there. Day 16 and 17 were the worst out of the entire fast. I was obsessing about FOOD! I have not experienced what some call a healing crisis but must say that I do feel good in general. I am wanting to sleep in a little bit this week though.


Well... Today is day 22 and that means I weighed in this morning. As of this morning

Eventual goal-115-120ish
meaning exactly a 20 pound weight loss so far. I originally started this fast with the intentions of going thirty days but am debating breaking early due to the fact that my 30th day is Chrismas day and I would like to sit down and at least have a salad with the family. I have heard that that one should give one day of fast breaking for every 5 days fasted. Does anyone know the biologically correct method?
