It is going well. I am not that hungry and every time I feel the hunger I drink a glass of water.

I went to the store and bought new juices. A nice organic apple juice and another orange juice. It is going well today. I went to the gym and did 30 minutes stairclimber and 15 minutes weight machines.
I was 237 this morning, started at 241 yesterday.
