progress, superfoods & dreams to transcend money.
Date: 10/10/2007 7:16:37 AM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 1656 times 4 days & I just feel energized -- at least as much as you can feel while not sleeping for a whole night (I have alot to do!)...
I did 2 enemas yesterday night (separated them with a hour, as I use an ear-cleansing tube for it!).
so finally to the superfoods! you should get some of the most powerful of these for fasting, no matter how expensive! because while you are fasting: your body will absorb these nutrients much more efficiently (quickly & to a high amount)! so these foods won't be expensive -- as you waste none of their effect by having them for too long in your stomach with other slow-to-digest foods.
& a quality of super-foods should be: easy to digest, but I haven't heard that uttered...
raw honey was really good (ate it first time today)! & it is easy to digest as it contains enzymes for quick digestion.
I think that food should be classified by the time of digestion -- instead of knowing what specific enzymes they contain!
so I will make such a hierarchy of food-items for people that doesn't want to degenerate & have full life-force, & will do a lot to get it! in the next post I will have classified the 3 most efficient superfoods!
maybe I will get down in mood & energy soon, but now I know that maybe ideally should eat every 4:th day (& this was a very light fast too, from 1 glass a day to 4).
for making this blog more interesting, I will share my dreams of the future:
I very much hope to make people reallise that they doesn't need books for solving most problems, & that the only way to become a super-efficient problem-solver (while still living an awesomely fun life)!
I want peole to see beyound the superstition that you need a job in this society to survive! but to reallise this: you must first have something creative & really fun to work with (own projects).
specifically: I whould like people to organize & live in collectives to work on the same or similar projects & have awesomely fun while doing something important for the world. & everyone can do something important for the world if they throw away their books & apply their full potential to their own projects (even if the projects are just for fun, you will develop your personality & intelligence -- & so indirectly will you help the world!)!
how this will work: I want an organization that have successful companies to get new companies started, by donating a free living (but cheap raw vegan & lots of juices, & cheap appartments) to self-motivated people -- for education without books, but by reflection & experimentation (scientific method applied for finding efficient problem-solving methods).
then even more into the future these big companies will own farms & mines & all kinds of raw resources, & so we will live by charity & not money!
