Day 1 of the Master Cleanse

I woke up this morning and did the SWF. I only got 20 oz of it down and then had to relax a little so it wouldn't all come back up :). Eventually it all came down though. It took a little longer than I had expected, I guess tomorrow I will add a little more salt. I drank 6 glasses of the lemonade and feel just fine. No extra energy yet, not hungry either. I do have a nasty white film on my tongue that wont come off no matter how many times I brush my tongue. The film thing doesn't bother me too much, it is the taste that bothers me. So I drank my Smooth move and am off to bed ready to start another day of this tomorrow.
