Night before starting

Night before. Master Cleanse begins.

Okay, so according to the Master Cleanse, you're supposed to take a laxative tea the very first night right before bed time. Last night (the night before starting) I made 8oz. of Smooth Move (senna leaf tea) around 10pm, and was in bed by 10:30. I did not wake up with stomach pains, but this morning when I woke up I had a nice BM, so I'm sure it was from the tea. We'll see how today (first day) goes.
