Day 2 of Juice Fast
Alright. I made it to day 2. The agonzing day 1 is OVER. It is always the hardest...you have the reluctance to go back. I am sure I will finish this. I do not have any other choices. Today, I had my a little carrot juice, tea, hoodia, la crox water. I tried broth, but it tasted terrible. Basically, I will be fasting until I leave for home around Thanksgiving. My philosophy is to take one moment at a time...one day at a time. I can and will do this. I want to change my life and this is the first step. Day 1 of Juice Fast
So, this is a blog to chronicle my 45-day juice fast, and a 5-day transition to a raw diet. I will be going through my plans, goals, experiences, etc. I really need support in this, so I hope to hear from all of you and vice versa. Here’s the Plan: Starting Oct 3rd, I am doing a 45-day juice fast, a 5-day transition period, and a 40-day mostly raw diet. I’ll go into more detail about it later. Today was pretty good.
