I took a few thoughts today. And i think, maybe i shouldn’t change. I eat a lifesytle diet of 80% raw fruits, vegetables, legumes, seeds, nuts, and grains. No meat, No processed foods, no dairy or eggs or anything that uses those products. And the food i do eat cooked are foods that are too hard to eat raw, such as pinto beans or rice. I wanted to go 100% because that seems to be what a true Raw Vegan does. But i truely am happy with the life i have had on the 80% raw.
