Fast stopped!

Rashes gone yipeeeeeeeee

Rash is really getting on my nerves!!!!!!!!!
Went to bed at midnight and was still scratching at 2 am so got up - back to bed at 3.30 and up at 7am - FED UP WITH THIS RASH. It looks a lot worse than yesterday and is over my face - thank goodness I don’t have to leave the house. Really starting to get fed up with this now. Is this normal?
Still not hungry but thinking about food i.e. stomach not rumbling

Day 2 and fed up scratching!
I was right - trying to get to sleep last night was awful. My whole body was itching like crazy and full of red lumps - is this toxins trying to get out of my skin or my allergies playing up? I don’t know but what I do know is that it took me ages to get to sleep due to the itching. However when I did finally get to sleep I slept like a baby and didn’t have one red mark on me this morning apart from the few scratches I’d caused thro scratching most of the night but within an hour they were back tho not as bad as yesterday thank goodness.

Day one of my 30 day juice fast. This is going to be hard work but well worth it
The main reason why I’m doing this juice fast is weight loss (5.4”, 10 stone 10lb) and secondary is cleansing. I was unwell at Christmas and was told I had epstein barr virus and the nutrionalist recommended I try a juice fast to cleanse and rejuvenate. Anyway, turned out I didn’t have the virus (long story) but I did the juice fast and the results were amazing - the whites of my eyes shone like never before, my skin was fantastic and mental clarity was amazing.
