Grateful for:
-talking with my parents, who are on a different continent, on the phone for half an hour
-going to my first two classes at the Filosofia y Letras, UBA (Univ. of Buenos Aires)
-spending 8 hours of the day, including the two classes, with ”Mr. X” (the person I am secretly in love with)
-having him play me a part of his music collection for an hour, including a very beautiful song, Cucurrucucu Paloma, sung by Caetano Veloso
-getting to see what life is like in a public Argentine university

Grateful for...
Today I am grateful for:
-exploring a beautiful Argentine town for 6 hours with two friends
-eating delicious homemade chocolate
-riding a horse
-having some great laughs with my two friends
-taking great pictures with them
-seeing an orange tree for the first time, in the street, as if it were the most natural thing in the world
-spending the 2-hour bus trip back sleeping with my head on the shoulder of the one I think I am falling in love with (and who doesn’t know this and thinks I only have feelings of friendship for him)
