soooooo..its currently day 1 on my 14-20 day water-fast quest! My goal is to loose 15-20 pounds during this time and I really hope thats possible! I’m leaving to go on a cruise in 20 days, so I’m hoping to leave with confidence and feeling great about myself! I also want to overcome my addiction to sugar, and binge-eating.
