This is quite usual for me...An official beginning scares the HELL out of me (I am slaying FEAR after all). In any case....I feared and I ate...It was not terribly deadly...but far from my ideal beginning...I exercised ..I find moving helps me treat my body better. There is NO way I am giving up in this....Tomorrow, I will resume again, especially seeing how you all are doing...It’s the mind now...not even the body withdrawing from food that is causing this discord.

Short introduction, a bit of introspection, and hopes for the new plan!
Hello all. I have been majorly inspired by the people on this board!!!
I am a 21 yr.-old girl with quite a few food issues…mainly binging and Compulsive Over Eating. As we all know, these things stem from deeper fears, doubts, and traumas in our lives. My main enemy: FEAR. Of not being good enough, compassionate enough, or worthy (totally not dramatic as I write this, simply matter of fact). Such feelings are unacceptable, so I stuff them down with fear. If I do not take control now, I WILL balloon up even more.
