I’ll start off my telling a little about myself. I’m a pretty young guy (20) but I just don’t feel that way. I want to do something drastic, something to break free. I’ve never really ate healthy consistently ever in my life, and I know I’m addicted to sodas, caffeine, and junk food in general. I’m extremely self-indulgent, for all of my life, if I wanted something, I got it.
