Day Two Down 18 y
Pounds keep shedding
Yesterday I had a few temptations not ”hungry” but cravings. This is a lesson that we’re not really hungry the majority of the time but craving things. When we start to get the headache and all of the extra stuff that’s the detox. I haven’t had a headache yet though. What I did do last night was vomit. Before I started fasting I had this reflux thing burning in my throat every day. Yesterday it got so bad that I tried to eat some baking soda. Day One Gone
New stats are:
Weight 186.6 (-2.6 lbs. gone)
Waist 43.3 (-1 inch gone)
Yesterday wasn’t bad at all. I started my fast at midnight. Day one officially ended at 12:00 am this morning. It wasn’t bad AT ALL. So far I’ve been one of the lucky ones to not go through all of the aches and pains. Right now I’m not really hungry but wanting food. Hmmm I hope that made sense. I don’t know about anyone else but it feels great when you see changes right away. Tomorrow I'll be starting my water fast.
Tomorrow will be the day that I start my water fast. I’ve noticed that a lot of people are doing juice fasts but for some reason I’m drawn towards the water fast. I guess because it’s easier. I went and bought myself 2 cases of distilled DeJa Blue bottled water. For some reason it tastes sweet to me.
Currently I am 189.2 lbs.
