Hi, I’ve started this blog for all you new ”ex-smokers” who need the help to quit smoking and resist those urges. Currently, I’m on day 5. Everyday that goes by and I don’t smoke I’m a bit prouder of myself. I’ve been through so much just getting here that cheating would mean I’d have to start over and I don’t EVER want to relive those first days. I can tell you it gets easier.
