Fasting is not the best way to detox from heavy metals.
Yes yes, I do notice a pattern here. Every time I fast, I stop quicker then I expected. But it’s really for the best this time. My short fast gave me time to evaluate my diet and I discovered that rice protein was killing me! It should be banned until they figure out how to eliminate the heavy metals it contains! After just one day of cutting out rice protein and incorporating a chelation protocol (EDTA and chlorella), I feel like a new woman. Go figure. visit the page Day 2 8 y
A Different Approach (Day 2)
After months of trying every food/supplement combo I could think of, the other night I realized I needed to go back to my roots.
My very first juice fast was almost 10 years ago. At the time I was younger and illness free, so there were no complications. In fact, I was thriving on it. Since being exposed to mold, I’ve tried fasting a few times, but gave up because I could not feel the similar euphoria I felt in the past.
