Hi every one, I am doing a 43 days water fast for health and spiritual reasons. I have only done a 7 day fast before but I feel a strong need to do a 43 day fast. This is also my first blog, I hope I get some supporters. My starting weight is 206 and I am a 5’5 female. My goal weight is 135 I hope to loose some fat during my fast, be mentally heightened. I believe if I succeed at this, I will be willing to try bigger task.   visit the page
