springtime
I have been so busy lately.Maybe its because of spring.Spring with all its new projects,even the bees are busy this time of year.I now I am with getting the garden together and all.Spring = a new start,all the newness of life.Its this time of the year when I make my goals ,not on new years but springtime,its when the new year starts with me.

I went to the health food store yesterday - actually it was a huge organic grocery store here in Portland. I bought all fresh organic fruits and vegetables and many other goodies that will enable me to get on with getting healthy.
Along with the foods, I bought a bottle of B complex vitamins[taurine,a amino acid],apple cider vinegar and powdered crystalized C.
I have many health issues that I’m looking forward to seeing gone. I know its a process and I am patient because after all, I have lived like this so long that whats a little more waiting. The more and more that I read or learn from others in groups on the net, the more it blows me away that we live under the fda/government control over our health and we don’t even realize it. visit the page Is ignorance bliss? 19 y
I was 9 months old when I started on the road to illness and a lifetime of dependancy to drugs. It was 1956 when I had my first seizure. I remember when I was 9 or 10 years old my mom told me that the drs said that I might outgrow this when I reached puberty.
I am now 49 and am sitting here writing about trying different methods of health and healing because I never did outgrow it.
I find encouragement and a great sense of excitment searching out other avenues of healing with other people who have traveled this road with great success.
my seizure problem has never stopped me from accomplishing great things in life. I’ve been to college and raised a daughter who i am so proud of. She is now married and she has 2 children of her own, who are the apple of my eye.
