I had to stop my fast today because i was in more pain than I could bear. The skin is so dry and cracked that the pain is global. My face was experiencing inflammation, being very flushed.
I decided I had to stop for a day. I will start again tomorrow. This aint easy. visit the page Day 2 10 y

Experience
Really uncomfortable today. Skin is very dry. I feel weak. Menstrual flow was greatly reduced and ended early.

So here I am on this great journey of health restoration and rejuvenation.
Goal:
1. Eliminate my severe eczema of 14 years and achieve radiant skin complexion
2. Eliminate bulimia
3. Increase my energy level
4. Say farewell to my tumultuous, illness-plagued past
5. Kick off a brand new life with a brand new body
Methodology:
1. 20 day water fast from July 20 to Aug 9
2. Break with vegetables juices, transit to a pescetarian organic diet, drink lots of bird’s nest, regular fish oils, probiotics and liver supplement
