Ok here goes.. I’m 30 years old struggled with my weight for years but have gained 60 pounds just in the last 2 years. Probably due to a lot of life stress, bad marriage (husband was cheating and using drugs) and I put my self through grad school. This meant a lot of junk food and late night eating! But I have turned a new leaf... I left all that. I have been eating healthy meals and nothing after 6 pm. Drinking tons of water and sometimes even going for walks and jogs.
