I decided to share this journey because i have gains so much from others who have done so... I find it a tremendous help to read the words of others on a similar journey. it was even more helpful during the first days! I am now in day 7 - felt pretty good, but not high on energy. Friend told me she really needed to get out, and wants us all to go to dinner! yikes! why dinner? I did not want to tell her that i was fasting!
