Whew I just had a big sneeze freenzy. I sneezed back to back at least 12 times. I wonder if this is normal. Anyhoo, I feel fine. I just ordered all my products online that I will need to begin my 10 day fast. In the meantime, I’m preparing to ween (sp?) myself from food. I had yogurt with a spoonful of grape nuts for breakfast. My plan is to not eat meat and once my products come in the mail I’ll be ready to begin my fast and eat no foods.
