it is 12:41am and I’m getting pretty tired. This is a very good improvement for me. Before the fast, my body wouldn’t sleep until 5am, no matter what level of activity I had during the day. I read someone’s blog about doing a gradual urine fast (urine fasting until 12pm and gradually moving to a later time in the day). I’m fasting because my body is breaking out in hives. Tonight’s is not nearly as bad. I definitely feel an improvement. The burning and stinging are much less. Oddly, the breakouts alternate each night from top body to lower body. Tonight is top body.
