Today is the first day of my Master Cleanse. I have been preparing for it mentally for the past week. I will be using the P&B shakes three times a day, and I will be taking herbal liver detox capsules twice a day.  I have been using the P&B shakes off and on, but now I feel I’m ready to have a go at the MC.
