Day 2 of My WF

Day 2 Weight: 206 lbs Today has been fine, nothing really to report. I feel a bit sick when I drink water, even sipping, it only lasts a few moments but it’s a familiar fasting feeling that I haven’t really missed at all. I still have a slight headache. visit the page

My first day of WF.

Day 1 has gone smoothly. I am currently 210 lbs / 15st / 95.3kg I’m not sure if I can entirely count today as a pure water fast day because I did consume Castor Oil & a very strong coffee to empty my stomach but it does not bother me. I am very happy and content at the moment, I feel better with an empty stomach. I will not be taking any more laxatives or coffee unless I feel like I would really benefit from it.
