Pre-Fast: Setting the Framework 19 y
Background notes and mental preparation for the Fast that I am starting on Monday, Feb.14th.
Here I go again. I water-fasted for 7 days in January. I ate on the 8th day, which was ridiculous because I wasn’t even hungry. I lost almost 10 pounds during this fast. I figured that I would gain it all back, and within days I had gained back about 7 pounds. I felt like I had experienced the world’s fastest weight gain, and I was miserable over it. I weighed myself today fully expecting to have gained back the entire 10 pounds plus a few more. I only gained back those original 7 pounds, so I have decided to fast again.
