Day ?? WF 'til November, feeling viral. 13 y
Virus/Bug/Sickness.
I have water fasted before & never, ever felt like this.
I think I have a virus, a bug, something like that.
There’s this horrible, very familiar feeling in my stomach and I can’t keep any fluid down, moving makes me nauseous, noises make me nauseous, my stomach and throat are so sensitive.
I’ve had vomiting from fasting before but it has never been like this, I suppose I have bad timing! I have a routine doctor check-up tomorrow which includes taking bloods so I’m not really looking forward to that.

Fasting, Boyfriends, Heavy emotions & Uncertainty.
I had to tell my boyfriend about my fasting, he stays with me a few days every fortnight.
Today I have been a little emotionally fragile.
He told me that I would never manage it even past a week. I was hurt. On one hand I wanted to give up, on the other it made me more determined.
He is skeptical about me fasting for any length at all, he doesn’t think I can lose all of my excess weight by February on a diet. I’ve calculated it & I know I can do it, but I guess because I’m FAT that means I’m lazy, unable to change, and will always be disgusting.

Day 5 of 30, Weak but not discouraged.
I am feeling very, very weak today but thankfully I can give my body a rest & lie down at these moments of extreme weakness. When the weakness comes I feel nauseated and dry heave a lot before passing out. I am going to carefully listen to my body and relax more.

Day 4 UPDATE. Not feeling good.. not at all.. :(
Okay, I actually really don’t feel good at all today.
I tried to go for a shower & I almost collapsed, I can’t stand for more than 1-2m without almost passing out.
I feel extremely nauseated & I keep dry heaving.
No energy, I think most of today will be spent lying down.
I really hope this passes.. :(
Someone please tell me this will pass?

Day 4 - Vivid dreams & heartburn!
I don’t feel so bad today! I had a little bit of acid/reflux/heartburn last night though.
I woke up after having a dream that I ate & broke my fast even though I don’t feel the need to eat at all. I didn’t want to eat in the dream but I was forced to - I definitely won’t be giving in to any forcefulness in the real world! I was very, very upset with myself in the dream.
I rarely have dreams but these past few fasting days I have dreamt vividly & remembered each detail. Hmm. visit the page Day 3 WF Complete! 13 y

Hello, everyone!
I have been fasting for 3 days now purely on water & air.
The first two days flew by & I felt wonderful!
Today has been slightly different as I am quite weak and definitely not as energetic.
I’m hoping the energy will come back soon.
I am drinking 4L-4.5L of water a day, but I often feel nauseous while drinking even when I am very thirsty. Maybe this is just because I’m not used to the feeling of
I am at 180LBS today, having prior weighed 185LBS a few days ago, and 190LBS a week prior to the fast thanks to a low-carb diet.
