Day 1 :) 13 y
Day 1 and loving it!!!
So day 1 is coming to an end:-).... it went really well. I ended up only having one BIG salad for dinner. It was made with spinach, romain lettuce, spring mix, celery, cucumber, tomato, mushrooms, green onion, 0 calorie basalmic dressing, salsa, and ms. dash fiesta lime. I just finished it (actually I could eat all of it) and I feel completely satisfied:-) I. Had great energy all day. In fact I rode four horses and taught a few lessons. Starting Catabolic diet tomorrow
Tomorrow I’m starting on the catabolic diet. I’ve tried several times a water fast and it just wasn’t for me. Unfortunately in the process of fasting I gained weight and went from a size 8/10 to 10/12. I haven’t weighed myself but plan on staying on this diet till I can fit into a pair of jeans that I bought that are a size six. I’m hoping that this blog will keep me motivated and inspire anyone else. For those of you who aren’t familar with this diet ill give you a quick overview.
