So tomorrow I start my first day of a 7 day juice fast. I’m slightly heavier than I like(9st 7lbs, ideally would like to be 9st as I am 5ft 7inch) but I’m not really doing this as much to lose weight as to break my dependence on food. Work is stressful and I comfort eat because of it. I used to be extremely healthy and stick to a purely raw diet, I am hoping to eventually begin this again. So until tomorrow!! :)   visit the page
