Day 2
So another day down, I found day 2 really tough, it definately made it clear to me how bad my food addiction is, I cannot stop thinking about sugar!lol. I have to keep telling myself that tons of people here go without food for 40 odd days and what I’m feeling isnt true hunger..... I think I need to keep myself busy cause as soon as I’m bored I’m hungry! Still determined to finish this fast though so I shall go get some juice!:)
PS didnt weigh myself cause I didnt think it would be any different than the other day 2, so i’m assuming 124lbs visit the page Day 1...again 13 y
Day 1
So back on the fast...today hasnt been a problem so hopefully without any other diner dates that I’ve forgotten about I’ll make my 14 days!:) Tomorrow will be tough though, since I broke on my day 2 yesterday but I’ll update again tomorrow evening. I may move onto a water fast in a few days as I’m struggling with the juice and how sweet it is, but I’ll keep going for as long as I can with it as I realise I’ll have absolutely no energy on just water and it could be problamatic detoxing so quickly after being on so many different types of medication. Fail
So I totally forgot I was suppose to be at a family members birthday diner tonight, and seeing as none of my family know i’m fasting I had to break it which was kind of disappointing since I really haven’t been feeling too bad on it.
I’ll restart tomorrow but I’m a bit worried how anti-social it will make me. If any of my friends or family thought I was juice fasting they would think I’m crazy....I’ll just have to do my best to postpone diner invites and nights out drinking. Day 2
So I’m on day 2, made it through the evening! Another day of juice fasting ahead, but I’m sort of sick of juice already.lol. I’ll keep going with it though and when I cant handle another juice I’ll have some herbal tea with manuka honey, at least I’ll get a few calories through that.
So my weight today is 124lbs, although I expect to lose weight quite slowly as I am not that heavy to begin with, so 1.4lbs in a day is more than I expect from the rest of my fast.

Day 1 of my 2 week juice fast and background info
Today is day 1 of my 2 week juice fast. I am 25yrs old and I currently weigh 125.4lbs and am 5ft 7inch(obviously this is a perfectly healthy weight and I’m not for one minute suggesting I’m fat but I have a small frame and used to be 112lbs 6 months ago and would really like to get back to that).
