fasting..... i need to lose weight! lolz

Hi, this is day 2 of my 21 day fast. I’m drinking only distilled water. I feel pretty good. I’m tired and hungry lolz. I lost 3 pounds. My friend broke her fast, she’s starting again today. Hi, I’m starting a 21 day water fast. I’m trying to lose weight and cleanse my body. I have been reading up on fasting and everyone says the first 3 days is the hardest. I’m going to try to update this daily. I’m really nervous... I gained a lot of weight when I was pregnant with my daughter. I was begining to lose weight when I found out I was pregnant with my son.
