Today on Sept 6th, 2010 at 1:10am I have decided to stop eating and do a water fasting. Main reason for fasting is to get back my life. I am suffering from food addiction and I am unable to focus on anything. I believe fasting will give me mental clarity and will cleanse my body. I am hoping to get back to my regular weight by the time I finish Two sets of water fasting. I know water fasting has many detox symptoms, followed by plenty of temptation.
