Day 3 and still Good! 14 y
Day #3
SO it is now in the evening of day 3 and I am still doing super well on the water fast. I will switch to juice/water in another day or so. So far I have lost 3 pounds in 3 days so I am super excited and it keeps me motivated. =) visit the page Getting Started!! 14 y
Starting out
Ok so I have gone through alot of the blogs here and decided to start my own! 3 months ago I wieghed just over 270 pounds, today I wiegh 238 so I guess I am doing something right. I now exercise at the gym daily even if it is only for 30 minutes of cardio a day. I also eat a ton healthier, I no longer eat any of the processed flours, drink the soda or eat any form of ”junk” food. Since I am in the right direction I believe I can do a 30 day juice/water fast without to much trouble since I am not quitting anything cold turkey =)
